Leaseback Program (sell and stay)
Under our leaseback program, we can buy your home and have you remain in the home at a predetermined monthly rate for a renewable time frame repeatedly as long as the rent is paid.
Before you sign your renewable lease, Zonetta Investments LLC will go over the terms of the Agreement with you to make sure you’re satisfied with everything.
Leases can be at increments of 3, 5 or 10 year intervals and can automatically renew at lease ends.
Only after you review and approve the terms, Zonetta Investments LLC will send you a competitive cash offer to buy the home along with your lease.

Rent increases will not be more than 3.75% over the previous year’s rent.
Short term rentals available
All of our short term rentals are fully furnished and have stocked/equipped kitchens as well as free use of the washer and dryer with a minimum 7 day stay. Stays less than 7 days can pay a small daily fee to use the washer and dryer. These rentals are on the Airbnb platform.
